The first Visionary Solstice Gathering featuring Alex and Allyson Grey with Telesma was a success and a delight for the senses. Alex’s artwork filled all three rooms lit by LED light designs as performance artists, belly dancers, contortionists and live body painting exhibitions, etc., complemented the music. The main stage featured an interactive collaboration of the visionary artists Alex and Allyson Grey painting live with the music of Telesma. Audience members were able to see the paintings as they unfolded in person and simulcast on large projection screens. Other musical guests included Eoto, Eliot Lipp, Joe Nice, Damn Right, Aligning Minds, Push, Segway, Mikio(of Freek Factory), Knowledge, Shodekeh, J Day & Donald Champney.
This year’s event will include even more multimedia projections & lighting as well as a more diverse array of performance artists & musicians.
